Breakfast - Carnation Instant Breakfast
Snack - Strawberry Protien Shake
Lunch - Salmon and Shrimp
Snack - Banan Cream Protein shake
Dinner - Caramel Protein Shake

Water goal - minimum of 64 oz
Supplements - All done don't feel like listing them
Exercise - 3 mile walk

Hey Miz D,

Try parsnip or turnips in your soup.  If you like them.
Breakfast- oatmeal/turkey bacon
Lunch- romaine lettuce/Parmesan cheese/grape tomatoes/chicken/lite Caesar dressing
Dinner- wings/bake sweet potato
Snack-yogurt/apple/orange
Exercise- Spinning class
Vitamins- done
Water- 64 or more

Breakfast - turkey/cheese

Lunch - didn't really happen, ok honestly a handful of cheetos and a fiber bar (the fiber cut my hunger)

Dinner - baked chicken and green beans and maybe a teaspoon of rice to catch some of the juiciness of the chicken

water - 100 oz. goal
vitamins - all plus pain meds (arms plastics acting up a little)
Exercise - 30 minutes on the elliptical, legs/squats, arms (chest press - that was a good hurt)
