You are doing it! I barely had chance to wash my personals before I was out the door this morning to the gym. I try to leave before anyone wakes up and starts asking for stuff.
I was curious though how much you were lifting glad you put the numbers up. That is great for a first week and just remember a little and a little. I try to add weight with every workout even if it is only 1lb.
Today was back and bicep. I was tired but I worked out good. I noticed I have slowed down though. I am only running about miles and hour. At the end of the summer I was able to do 8. But, ok I need to say I haven't been giving it as much as I was in the summer.

Don't rush the progress on the leg machines cause you could blow out a knee and that **** is not fun. Your legs are extremely strong and you will be up to 300 real quick but don't ru**** I rushed it on my legs last year when I messed up my knee trying to push 500 and blew out my knee.
I don't know if you remember I posted on the board how I blew my knee out back then.
