Happy 3 year Surgi-versary to me
Tomorrow is my 3 year Surgi-versary...and although I'm still under my surgeon's goal weight of 165, I have gained some weight back and I been teetering between 153-158 for about 7 months now.
Although, I only have 10-15 lbs to lose it has not been easy. Some of this weight that I've gained back was because I needed to, which was my doctors orders (my lowest was 125) and the rest was because I've been irresponsible with what I put in my body and the lack of excercise.
This weight loss battle is never-ending. With or without surgery...it's still our responsibilitly to do the right thing in regards to our body's and what we put in it.
*Pre-Ops, Post-Ops, No-Ops, or anybody dealing with weight issues...it is important that you "learn" how to be healthy for the success of weight loss. I'm not saying that you should never eat chips, sweets, or fast foods because we are all still human.....but if you do eat those items, just be responsible while doing so (try to apply limits if you're unable to avoid them)....after all you owe it to yourself. If you make a mistake, please don't stay down about it...pick yourself up and start all over, besides If all of us were meant to be perfect - none of us would be here today.
I owe all thanks to God because I'm still in this WLS game....and it's been a success! Even after 3 years in the struggle (and it has been a struggle in MANY ways).... I'm still down over 120lbs lost!!!!

Congrats for having come this far, thus far. :-)
