308lbs and feeling soooo blessed

Good Happy Friday Morning!!!!!

Thanks to all my BAF fam that gave me support earlier in the week. I really needed it. I broke down that mental wall. I am just in great space. I woke up this morning with a song of praise in my heart and hit the gym with that same energy.

I made it my business to stay focused and enjoy the blessings I have.

OK OK OK OK

I leg pressed 308lbs in 3 clean sets of 12 reps. My highest weight ever was 372 and my personal goal on the leg press is press more than I weighed. Just symbolic of kicking obesity to the curb. I got this and I am sure gonna do it.
