ANYWAY - what's good this Friday yall????  I SHO can't wait for the weekend, bout to get my grill and chill on - just got paid - it's Friday night..... I'm stayin my black AZZ at home!!!!  LMAO  I am gearing up to pay for my anchor cut TT at the end of this year - can you say PINCHIN PENNIES all 12 of these months??????

So - how much water have yall gotten in???  I am on the tail end of 42oz!!!  Get it down yall, get it down!!!!

Here's my question for today - if you could have the opportunity to B*tch slap one mofo without fear of reprisal or action - WHO would that mofo be?

*I* am voting for any one of these mofos that work for me that's all up in my grill about how MUCH of a RAISE they expect!!!!  Umm - can you READ the newspaper, sommamofos?  You wanna have that talk with the DHL, Starbucks, Circuit City, Sprint, GM, ..... etc workers???  Geez!!!!

Hey Iwas wondering where the hell you came from when you commented on my post! Glad to see you back! I'm going to look for floors, doors and windows tomorrow. Doing some remodeling on my house so I can move back into my own home!

I would slap a few of my in-laws.

MM you have to try that Speghetti squash with ground turkey tomato sauce on page.99.  Becca made it but she boiled the speghetti squash the whole time instead of microwaving and then putting it in the oven cause it was much quicker.  It is a must try it is really good.

I also tried the red pepper with humus but I took my red peppers and burned them on the stove first and they got sweet and in class last night I dipped my strips in the humus, pretty darn good.

I did an eggplant version of that recipe - and it's on POINT!!!!

I also bought hummus but couldn't let myself pay $1.00 for one red pepper so I got veggie chips..... they gooder than a mug!!!!

My other new snack is cottage cheese w/raisins - I add splenda and a lil almond extract and YUM!!!!! 

I will stick with the basics....... do this mean you ain't gonna be here or you just coming back to like you had been????? I am lost and I need my daily #1MM laughs.


Now I would give a good ole fashioned $%*# slap to my in laws and dey unruly kids.  But seeing as I can't I'll settle for prayer instead.

Hey Trina,# 1 MM,I sure missed you while I was away but sure glad to read you are  back.There is no BAF Board without you.Girl I enjoy reading your posts and look forward to it.I laugh a lot,I learn so much and you just make my day especially the Mama stories.By the way,how is Mama and your daughter doing?Love to you all.Keep on doing what you are doing.I amost forgot,I am going to tell the real truth,sometimes and especially right now i feel like slapping the s____out of my husband.I'm sure he feels the same about me so we are even.LOL

Hey Ms Marilyn!!!!!! 

My mama is FINE - I am on 'hiatus' from her - my therapist told me to STOP talking to her so much and carve out some ME time.  so - I am limiting my interactions for moments when I am totally READY to deal with her.  It's working!!!!

And me and babygirl are getting along better too - therapist had a great new thing for us to bond with everyday when i pick her up - we do 'one good thing, one bad thing' and talk about our day..... she loves it!!! 

I gotta visit moms this weekend so you KNOW there will be a story outta that!!!!
