I finally know the cause of all this pain I have been having.  Freaking gallstones!

Who knew all this pain is the result of some stones floating around blocking shiot!

I will be having my gallbladder removed next week....looks like Wed. so far.  It will be done laproscopically and it's an outpatient procedure that will have me home recovering from 1 to 2 weeks.

I'm relieved to FINALLY know what the problem is and to know that relief is on the way because I was REALLY feeling like Percocet was my BEST friend.   I do see how people get hooked on this stuff....SMH

Thanks to all who have been checking up on me and keeping me lifted in prayer!

You will remain in my prayers Kim.  I am happy to hear that you will be finally getting relief.

I can't even describe how painful this is!  It doesn't help that I have NO tolerance for pain either

It is fairly common for stones to form when weight is lost quickly.  I remember taking Urso something the first month after surgery and that was to prevent gallstones.  I was only required to take it for the first month though (it was perscribed by my surgeon).

Girl, you know that's the good part!  And I WILL be taking the full time off too!

Hey Kim!! First..Happy Anniversary to you!! Can you believe its been two years already?  What an amazing journey!

2nd..glad they found out the problem and I wanted to let you know that I had my gallbladder out in August and was up and about in a few days.  No big deal at all. And now almost 5 months later, I can't tell a difference.  So hopefully after next Wednesday all the pain will be gone!

Take care

Stephanie
