Cornish hen

alligator

squid

octopus

buffalo

frog legs

goose

deer

goat

lamb

raw oysters

chicken – feet, neck

cow - kidneys, liver, tongue, tail

pig –  feet, ears, tail, neck bones, hog head cheese, brain, tripe... just about everything but the oink!  
The only thing I tried and absolutely hated were chitlins.  Couldn't get past the smell.
