STRANGE MEAT!!!
I have had duck, frog, turtle, 'coon, squirrel only once each so that I could say that I at least tried it. I have deer often especially the back strap...uummm good as well as alligator and it similar to chicken breast. Anything beyond what I have listed would require dire cir****tances for me to eat...like there is nothing else left in the world for me to eat and then I would.
People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown

Moose, whale and seal are good! In my culture (Eskimo) we eat the moose and walrus (which is called black meat, it looks like black beef jerky) in seal oil with carrots. Its very yummy.
My fave is cooked whale which is called oo-nal-ick.
But I hate pickled whale
Ostrich by far is the best meat I've ever had. I had a cutlet at a swanky restaurant that cost me $50+. The local health food's store has Ostrich Jerky that is also quite yummy!
I've tried deer, elk, duck, lamb, chitlins (chitterlings for all you proper folk)... all were fine. While I have tried them, I am not a fan of pigfeet or chicken feet. Yuck! I can't imagine putting any of this stuff in my new pouch... scary! Even reading some of these posts is making feel ill LOL.
