STRANGE MEAT!!!
While I was in East Texas visiting they eat Beefalo meet. Its a cross breed of a buffalo and a cow. I didn't taste it but it was all they could talk about.
Now in Houston they sell something called Turduchicken. Its a combination of all three: Turkey duck and chicken meet. Not by breeding but combining all the meats together. Again I'm not bold enough to try this as well........

Hello Doug,I am from the South,but yet I am a picky eater,Goat and coon and deer is about the strangest I've had,Pigfeet I love and hog maws and chitterlings,I eat ,but I don't cook these things.You have really had a time eating almost everything.Dog is a little to much. It was bad enough eating Coon.Missed you guys.Love Ya'

Not the pig ears...LOL. I remember visiting my blind aunt who lived waaaaayyyyy out in the country and she cooked us some pig ears for breakfast...I looked at them and was like..."Are we 'supposed' to eat this...LOL. (That was the first and last time I had pig ears. I think I've had pig tails a few more times...at least I remember 'a little' more meat on those...LOL.)
