my lil update

Alright when I was preop I had a routine during my pms week where I craved salt and chocolate so I would either get fries/chips and m&ms/snicker.  Well, I was picking up soup from the dollar store and there where my favorite: cracklins (extra hard pork skins) without hesitation I bought them and took them home.  I opened up the bag and I promise I could hear RoRo saying "***** what's wrong with you".  I empytied out the bag in the trash and made a protein shake.

What the hell was I thinking?  Anywhoo, I had a lil moment of relapse but thanks to this forum I got my mind right...good looking out.

p.s.  I'm no longer in any discomfort...was told that was just part of being postop and I'm fine.

Thanks Ashley...it was hard but this is a new lifestyle change not another one of my quickie diets.  It actually felt good girl to throw that junk out.

Glad to hear that you are no longer in discomfort.  Thanks for the update Angie.

Everything is still as previously stated.  I will probably send out another email in about a week or so advising everyone again of the concert and see what happens at that point.  I promise to keep you udpated.
