NOTHING. Your ass is on CLEAR liquids for at least two weeks. DONT EVEN TRY IT. Get you some sugar free popsicles, sugar free jello, broth and keep it moving. I really like the Glaceau Lemonade vitamin water it has a multi-vitamin in it. (And all though they are our competitor and corporate would kill me PROPEL black rasberry is real good). Stick to your clear liquids. In two weeks we will talk.

No problem. Check your BL for a message from me. Why it is so important for you to not to test your band is it can SLIP! You are not healed. Your band needs to heal in place. Breaking the rules at this point can cause you a whole lot of other problems. You know if you eat something you can truly hurt your body permanently so I am not trying to be tough, but you gotta know that fugging up in these two weeks will do more than hurt your feelings or your progress. You can completely undo what has been done.
Toughen up. Imagine your broth is some trendy creation by Emeril or Bobby Flay. Also, it may be the type of broth you are using. That Stouffers and canned shiggidy was not good to me at all. Try a the powders that you add water too. I gotta check my pantry for the brand but those are good. Spice it up. Add you some onions, carrots, potatoes, tomatoes, etc. BUT WHEN YOU SERVE YOURSELF LEAVE ALL THAT OTHER SHIGGIDY IN THE POT and pour yourself some of the broth.
