I wanted to drink a protein shake and all of a sudden..........................wow it wasnt cute.Guess its too soon for protein shakes

They're made with milk.....sounds like you have just been welcomed to the land of lactose intolerance.

Wait a minute you finished it in 1 minute? The whole thing? Or one sip? It may be that you drank it or like Hershey said it may be that you are now party of the sour stomach club with milk.

I LOVE milk I would hav been heart broken if my stomach turned on it after surgery. How is everything else?

Atkins has Splenda in it and soy milk

I drink my protein shakes using lactose free milk... Atkins may have sugar in it...
