So I am going to start slow but I am going to challenge myself
Starting today I am going to do a twenty minute walk off weight tape and additional twenty minute walk. I feel great today and I am going to start challenging myself to be more active. So how are you going to challenge yourself today or in the future? I going to start slow and add a little more every week. I am so motivated by everyone on BAF that encourage everyone to workout. I am going to make sure I actually break sweat today.

So am I..I have a brand new expensive treadmill...On Demand...I ordered two dvd's from the biggest loser series for workout...and my job gives additional time during lunch to go t the gym, which we pay less than $20 per month for...I have no excuse not to be active. I am going to start ASAP to do something...While I am watching TV @ night I can be on the treadmill doing something.
