Any of you that got the weight lifting for women book.......
I have now done the A and B workout of Phase I....... I am still sore and tired from last night!!! It's a GREAT workout - and like the book says - it's not about working small muscle groups all the time, these exercise really do address mutliple groups at the same time. And the warm up is great too! It looks weird to do (folk in the gym were eyeballing me like, HUH?) but it's actually VERY good. I had deadlifts to do yesterday and previously had trouble with them - would typically end up with back pain - but I didn't last night.
Has anyone else done a workout from the book?

I am going to look more at the diet part of this book when I have time, but as for the workout it is to easy for me, because I already workout like a man and I don't want to look like a Goddess. Iol. I lift very heavy and do lower reps already.
This book is a lot like a book I use to use in the 80's called Bottom's Up by Joyce Verdral, where she tried to convince women to lift weights and build muscle if they wanted a great body. It is also a lot like the Biggest loser and Jillian Michael's, workout where you work different groups instead of working on one particular muscle.
MM have you started the dieting portion yet, I like how it doesn't want you to go crazy low carb and recommends a more sensible eating plan with enough calories to sustain you on lifting days. It makes a lot of sense.
