D-?? Probably chicken and veggies

I will try to get my 64oz of water in and take two multivitamins

I will walk for twenty minutes

B- oatmeal with milk
L- Tuna salad
D- Crab cake and greens

All vitamins, water and 30 min of cardio

Exercise- my plan is to do 45 minutes of cardio and 3 sets of squats and lunges

Snack - nuts and raisins
Dinner - Salmon and asparagus

Water - 64 oz
supplements - done don't feel like listing them
Exercise - 3 mile walk an hip hop abs
