Well it wasn't so bad. (surgery) I am a little tender. What bothers me is i haven't ate n days and all I am thinking about is Mr.hero's, McDonald's, etc. I feel like I am starving. When they gave me my jello I could hardly eat that. I hope I get over this fast food kick. I know I cant have it.

Congrats on your surgery.  What type did you have?  Are you feeling hungry or is it more head hunger?

I had the Lap band. I think it is head hunger because I cant even finish jello.

Let me tell you the Lap Band will fool you.  When I started eating soft mushies I just knew I could eat a tuna sandwich with one piece of bread.  BBBAYYYYBBBBAAAYYYYY, I was ROLLING on the floor in pain.

Because lap band is less evasive you will start feeling like your stomach is good again and you can break the rules.  Especially in two weeks when your stomach starts growling again and you don't feel full with a half a cup of liquid.   DON'T DO IT!!!!!  You will pay for it.    It is sooo head hunger.  Get you some Beef Boullion disolve in water and imagine you are eating a hamburger and keep it moving.   Edited to add, when I say keep it moving I mean literally.  WALK as much as you can it will keep the pain down.  I think I might have told you that before.

Hey Suga!!! Glad you are home and safe.  Dont worry about wanting that stuff.  The surgery was on your stomach not your brain so you still have to fight the thought wars.  Get you a good book or pull up your computer and keep up with your BAF entertainment. LOL.  You got some sistahs here that will support you.

I was like a crack addict...I had food withdrawals as well.  I was not prepared for the liquid stage at all.  I know you can and will get through this.  Just remember in order for you to achieve your  results, you have got to work the tool.  Good luck to you.
