When you first had WLS how many days a week did you exercise?
I want to get the most out of this year. I work out 4 days a week 20 mins, on the treadmill.
Is that good or should I do a 5 days to gain the maximum benefit.

I exercise 7 days a week, but I must tell you, it really not about how many days you exercise but how long you exercise and it should be no less than 30 minutes each time, and some will say at least 3 days a week so maybe if you can up your minutes to 30 at the least to get the maximum benefit.

I always workout 6 days a week,  I figure I want to burn some kind of fat every day with one day of rest.   That's just what I do. 

Three days a week seems more like a way of maintaining rather than losing to me.

Probably cause my life revolves around exercise, junk food, and school.       or should I say Junk food, exercise and school.

Well I am not the one who will try and tell somenone what to do but my Dr. said that I should be exercising at least an hour by the time I hit three weeks. Nothing too much you know just walking.  If you can't do anything else just walk and like the post above said it should be at least 30 min. and of course the more often you do it, the more results you'll see.
