Does any one have any good ones . I have ground turkey out and it gets a little dry I was thinking about putting low fat cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup in it. Any Suggestions? I bought multi grain saltines  to add

I just made a meatloaf Sunday, however I used ground beef...this is how i made it with the beef.

ground beef(or turkey)
green pepper
onion
2 eggs
real bread crumbs (from two wheat pieces of toast)
1/2 pckt lipton onion soup mix

I seasoned it with cracked pepper, granulated garlic, onion powder, sea salt and a lil seasoned salt.  mix all ingredients together with above ingredients mix well ( i like to use my hands to make sure everything is mixed very well)

Place in oven on about 375 and let cook

Hey Miss...How are you doing...Well I made meatloaf on sunday and it was kind of dry...I did not add anything special to it..Just the usual...I will probably try lean ground beef next time... Try Eggface @ theworldaccordingtoeggface.com...She has a ton of meatloaf recipes.

Hey Miss Isa, How are feeling back to work yet? Yeah I have made a lot of her protein shakes and ice cream , but the DH needs a little flavor in the meatloaf in order for him to eat it...lol I'm red meat out so it will be chicken and turkey the rest of this week. Fajitas tomorrow

I use Lipton Onion soup mix in mine as well.  If you use 'red gravy' mix some pace picante sauce in with your tomato sauce and pour over about 15 minutes before its done.  It gives it a nice little kick even when you use mild pace picante sauce.  I slice the meatloaf 1/2 way through before I pour the tomato sauce, picante mixture over it.

Hey Lady the cream soups are to fatty, if you like try this I just made
some turkey burgers with some ketchup, light mayo, keeps the meat
from getting dry, then add a egg, shake in onion powder, salt free
seasoning, lemon pepper, basil leaves, garlic pepper, mix it all
up put it in your  pan bake at 350 for about 30mins just keep your
eye on it when it's brown take it out test it with a fork you should
be good to go, hope this helps.

allways treat someone the way you want to be treated!
