Morning Yall
I am working out with new purpose now a days. I did a energy workout this morning and hopefully I won't be tired in class. I did a X workout, followed by a X PLUS workout. Whew !!!
I am still trying to decide which eating plan I want to try but I will decide real soon. I am almost tempted to low carb but it just is not worth the muscle loss.
I will keep yall posted on which eating plan I decide to go with.

I am going to dig out some jeans from two years ago and hang them in my spare bathroom. I am only going to try them on once a month, I am thinking I will put the scale away and only step on it on the days I try on the jeans.
I am going for 30 pounds, how much do you want to use?
We are either going to a hot place for summer vacation and I don't want to be fat.
