Tuesday Shout Out
Hey Mz. D!
Bfast - turkey bacon and egg w/cheese (er'day!) a protein rich breakfast; coffee
Lunch - something from Panera - possibly french onion soup and 1/2 chicken caesar salad
Dinner - dunno!!!
Water goal - at least 64 ozs. (this is the HARDEST thing for me to do!)
Supplements - multi, calcium (gotta get more b-12)
Exercise - NONE! I cleaned out/up my bedroom yesterday; organized and washed clothes which took me up and down 2 flights of stairs for most of the day - I'M IN PAIN!!!
Working from home today...as I ease myself back into bed...
