JAN 23RD-surgery date--4 days out doing great...BUT

Well  yall...I have officially crossed over to begin my journey. Praise my God that the surgery went more than good,it went excellent. I didnt even have any pain afterwards.I thank all of my wellwishers and their prayers as well

One huge problem Dr Pompa says I need to consume 64 oz..... daily?I tried yesterday and was so full I was so uncomfortable......

BAF  any tips on how to work this one out?

Just work your way too it, 4 days is still a little soon to expect that much liquid.  Take your time and go slow.

Well... welll.... well.... Welcome back, glad to see all went well. 

I really dont know what to say other than drink slow and sip sip sip... I found that starting early in the morning helped I would get up at 6:30 and start  sipping... the later i slept in made it impossible to get in the liquids... Best wishes

WELL FIRST OF ALL, CONGRATS ON YOUR SURGERY! 

I AM SURPRISED TO HEAR THAT THE DR. WANTS YOU TO GET SO MUCH IN SO FAST.  I WAS ONLY EXPECTED TO GET 32 OZ. IN DURING THE FIRST TWO WEEKS AND THEN WORK MY WAY TO 64 OZ.  IT'S REALLY HARD AT FIRST TO GET IT IN.  I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO DIE OF THIRST DURING THE FIRST 2 WEEKS. LOL

JUST KEEP SOME WATER WITH YOU AT ALL TIMES AND SIP THROUGHOUT THE DAY, GO SLOW DARLING,BEFORE YOU KNOW IT IT'LL GET EASIER.  GOOD LUCK
