Yes,

I had a low-blood sugar moment a few weeks ago.... I was attempting to not eat.... luckily a coworker knew what was up, and made me eat a peppermint.... feel better, and get to the doctor big brother....

Hey handsome!

I experience lbsl on occasion (had an episode today); however, after having a piece of candy - I tend to feel much better.

Hope you're feeling better, bro!

That one I have suffered from quite often since having WLS.  I had no sugar issue before WLS but since and especially during my pregnancy I've had to monitor myself for low blood sugar.

wow, this does seem to be prevailent here.  I wonder why its never come up before?  Doug forwarded me a New York Times article linking low blood sugar to WLS.  Intersting stuff.

Mine didn't.  In all my research, I never encountered this aspect.  wow.

Doug,

That happens to me often when I forget to eat.  But, I'm a diabetic; I have not had to use any meds since a couple of months afte my surgery, but I carry those  glucose tablets with me all the time.  Even before I take my bs reading, I can tell from the way I feel that my bs is low or getting low.  It is a miserable feeling.
