Have you ever.....

........packed your lunch to take to work/school and then decided you really don't want what you packed?

I packed baked chichen (which seems like thats what I eat everyday, lol), salad, asparagus, applesauce, an orange, and a madarine orange cup.......but now that I'm ready to eat, I want a tunafish sub from subway and some sunchips...ok, ok, ok....I can do without the sunchips, lol!

It's not like either of them are bad food choices but do you ever feel like going for something different (I guess you can call this cravings) other than what you originally planned to eat that day?

Whether the cravings be good or bad, how often should you give in to the cravings vs stick with the original plan?

Do you think that cravings (good or bad) can be helpful to a certain degree?

GIRL YES I HAVE BEEN THERE ALOT LATELY WAS THERE TODAY PACKED BEANS AND BEEF FOR LUCH AND INSTEAD WENT TO THE CHINESE RESTAURANT AND GOT WHITE RICE AND ORANGE CHICKEN KNOWING DAMN WELL I CANT EVEN EAT HALF OF IT

I've done that quite a bit, but then I start to realize that my cravings end up costing me more than my packed lunch, lol.  Nipped that in the bud real quick.
Life is not about making it through the storm....but learning how to dance in the rain.

I am with you on that Hershey, when I sart seeing my dollars run away for maddness I get in check quick!  As a matter of fact, I need to get my stuff ready to go back to work later this week.

ALL.THE.TIME.!!!!!!!!!

Even when I have just made dinner and I don't eat it right away. I'll come on the boards or watch the Food Network and poof, I want something different.

Now I want a damn tuna sub and some SUNCHIPS!!!!!!!!!

Girl, I'm telling you....get the tuna sub with lettuce, tomato, american cheese, and bell peppers on wheat! sunchips aren't that bad, they are multi-grain and good as I dunno what! Chile, we are still eating healthy....gone ahead and go for it! lol

(P.S......I chickened out  (no pun intended) and stuck with what I packed for lunch....thanks to Hershey, lol ! But I AM going to have tuna and sunchips tomorrow for lunch.)

Straight after my doc appt. tomorrow I'm going for the tuna sub and yes lawd some sunchips. Tryna leave the damn doritos alone. It ain't easy, hell is this what a crackhead feels like???? Them damn doritos be callin' me and why are those suckas on sale this week for $1.98????? and that's the big azz bag too!!!!!! ARRGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH!!!!!
