DAY 73, P90X PLUS, I HAVE A NEW GOAL AND A PURPOSE

Morning Yall
I did my workout this morning and I got so tired I laid on the floor on my yoga mat and fell asleep for almost a hour.
I have a new goal yall, OK, I am going on my anual big trip probably in june 1, for a entire month. so my goal is to loose 30 pounds by June 1. I usually travel abroad on big trips and being fat and away from home is very uncomfortable for me so I have to lose this weight.
So I am going to be making up a diet and doing my workout plan and see what happens, I actually am not going to say my goal is 30 pounds I am going to say my goal is a size 8 or 10 jeans. OH LORD HELP ME.
OK, So i'm going to let yall know when I start my plan, probably next week. I may try the diet in the book MM was talking about, the diet seems very doable, the workout is just not challenging enough for me, but I may try the diet if I don't do Jillian Michaels diet.

OK, Becca just called me and gave me another option of destinations.
As of right now we are not sure where we are going, still trying to work it out.
Good Monday to ya. I just know you are gonna get down to the 8 or 10 as you have planned. I got faith in you. Anyone that works out as hard as you do can definitely meet any challenges she sets for herself.
I worked out for an hour and 20 minutes with aerobics, followed by a mile on the treadmill. I ate like a horse this weekend so I am punishing myself for the entire week with at least one mile a day on top of my usual 1 hour aerobics. Keep up the good work girly.
