Welcome to another fantabulous work week (yeah, I know this is a bit much, but I'm picking myself up this day).

What did everyone do this past weekend? Did you go away? Stay home and relax? Work (ewwwwwwww!)?

Me? Since my daughter was with her mom, I alternated between doing laundry (ewwwwwwww, I hate it) and movie marathons.

Here's hoping everyone has a great and productive week.

Hey D....

my weekend was ok..I worked saturday but was off sunday.... i had a nice time relaxing this weekend though....it was too cold here to go out lol

i also got some laundry done and did some cleaning around the house....

im starting my eating off right this morning so im hoping this will be a good week for me

Good for you in terms of the eating right thing. Yeah, I did the laundry and cleaning, too. I HATE housework.

oh nor callin me FV today lol.... GOOD!! I dont mind housework but i dont do it often lol. Just too busy at times... Yeah i got to get this eating right so i can get this weight off in the crucial months... dont wanna be the fat girl that failed at weight loss surgery ya know...

That's where a lot of ppl make their mistake...not doing all they're supposed to. You have to. For example, while I was eating the way I was supposed to, I hadn't been taking my vitamins as I should nor drinking as much water. Found out recently I was anemic. Thus I have to step up my vitamin intake AND water intake.

good idea lol...better go take my vitamin... i have water sitting here in front of me..just waiting for food to digest so i can drink it... its so hard to not eat and drink... i swear i should have paracticed all this stuff before surgery!!! but i was too busy trying to eat up the world

Yeah, I know the feeling. My surgery was the monday after Thanksgiving that year. I ate that day like the world was coming to an end. lol.

lol.....imagine doing that for a whole month..i think i went to a buffet every week for a month.... then finally i got some sense when i realized i had 2 weeks to lose 10 pounds for the surgery.plus lose the additional 8 pounds i had gained...and yes i did it....

on Saturday visited a few friends went to the movies out to dinner Sunday was a lazy day stayed home and relaxed.
