Exercise - None this morning will be walking away the pounds 3 mile walk and hip hop abs this evening!

Hey Lexi,

I don't know if they have sugar free.  I think it's no sugar added.  It's in a blue box and I think only comes in chocolate :(

Dinner - grilled chicken strips w/spinach

Water - 80 oz

Exercise - nothing...not feeling well
