Sunday Dinner - I am excited today yall!!!!
This is my alltime FAVORITE post...I love to see what folks are eating...I go back to work tomorrow and will prepare meatloaf w/ groudturkey so that I can have some for today and tomorrow...I will not make any side but will top it with SF sphaghetti sauce and sprinkle a little parmessan cheese on top...

Today on the menu is barbecue spare ribs which i will be cooking in the oven and using sweet baby ray barbacoo sauce lol - homemade low-fat potato salad, cabbage, and corn muffins. Ok I have read the other post and it seems like almost everybody is thinking the same thing on the rib tip lol lol. I just had a taste for some ribs and potato salad today so i guess my inner fat girl is calling my name too lol. I wanna make a dessert but i'ma lay off of that because i already have enough carbs for today. Plan to just chill out today, watch a few movies, surf the net and wash my hair. That is about it. I think I'm going to try your low-carb shephards pie recipe real soon trina - i'm craving a casserole type dish - if i had the ingredients and the energy i would go ahead and knock that out today but i will be lyin to myself cause a sista is tryin to rest up after all this cookin - plus back to work tmrw. Oh do you watch Big Daddy's house (Aaron Cargo) on Food Network??? Omg he is soooo cute and his recipe's are off the chain - he's making some kind of buffalo chicken cheese ball today that wanna check out - see if i can make a low-fat or ff version.

I have not been feeling well for days hate complaining, in lots of pain...back and neck.....
needed food so I ...cleaned out the fridge and made what I call a pot of garbage.
1 chicken whole
can tomatoes
can rotel
can corn
can green beans
can peas
celery, onions, green onions, garlic, green bell pepper
half box of farfalle, 1/2 fettucine, 4 red potatoes
2 andouille sausages....
and a skillet of cornbread...
cooked it last night and it is good. I hardly do this...but I will eat all week and my fridge and freezer or now clean.
