Dinner- don't know, we may go to Arties,so it will be high protein and a salad
Vitamins- B-1,B-12,B-Complex,Vitamin D,Multi- V, Biotin
Water- it will be 64 or more
Exercise- just left Spinning class
I will be in your neck of the woods this evening and tomorrow. I'm spending the night with a colleague preparing for a conference at GMU. I always get lost in Fairfax.
