lunch - left over crab cake and shrimp
snack sugar free jello
Dinner -

Water - minimum of 64 oz
vitamins - all done!

Exercise : 3 miles walk away the pounds DONE!

Did not think about taken vitamins till I read your post so I'm taken them know Liquid Centurm, Biotin, D, and Iron before bed

Going to the KP mall so i will get my cardio in ...lol

Exercise- just left Spinning class

I will be in your neck of the woods this evening and tomorrow. I'm spending the night with a colleague preparing for a conference at GMU. I always get lost in Fairfax.
