I don't think this one will challenge you like what you are looking for. It's much less day to day work - it focuses on the intensity of the workouts that are done - not the number. So you won't do more than three workouts a week - you seem to like more activity than that.

Thanks for that info Mack Mama. I have some co-workers who are doing the P90X and I know it's not for me! But, I am hoping my Dr. releases me to start weight training after I see him this week. This book you are describing sounds like it's right up my alley. I will check it out and report back next month.
