I copied this out of an email I received. I hope the links work.

Anyway, just click on the meal of your choice and it will link you to the recipe. I have tried a few of these, and I add or take away ingredients to make the meal WLS friendly.

Hell, I've done all sorts of recipes with my crockpot. Put stuff in it before going to work, set it on low and go about my business.
