Thanks Shontay. We need to talk because I need to copy whatever you are doing. My usual plan isn't working. I have started to gain muscle since working out and I want the scales to move.

Faith, honestly the only thing I can think of is to step away from the carbs...stick with complex carbs only (i.e. brown rice and such... no flour or sugar products) and that scale WILL move.
