I know some of you guys, but not all....sooooo
1. I've been in my company for almost twenty years. While here, I earned my Bachelor's Degree from New York University. What a coincidence, Shani, my company pays 100% tuition, too. I haven't picked what I want to earn my Master's in, however...it sucks being so talented. lol. Since my undergrad degree is in Fine Arts, with a concentration on Creative Writing, I will be, eventually, using it in writing and self-publishing. I already am working on building my own publishing company.
2. I used to play in a band while in my late teens, early twenties. I played keyboards, percussion instruments and sang background vocals. When that was over, I took to composing, playing and singing my own songs using multple synthesizers and a drum machine. I've stopped playing music, and limit my singing to occassional kareoke and the shower, for the most part.
3. I am an avid collector of comic books (yeah, I'm a comix geek..so what?). While many of my books start from my middle school days, I have a few that are from before I was born.

Nikki,
it was self-taught, by ear, mostly. I haven't touched a keyboard in about twenty years, though. Thanks for your compliment.

Not to take anything away from people that go to school to learn instruments but having an ear for music or self teaching is a gift from God. My cousin is self taught, he plays keyboard, guitar, drums and I think some other instruments!
