FRIDAY SHOUT OUT
Miz D....I cant even fake it this mornin....I did nothing I was supposed to do. I started my surgeryvissary out with a slight bang.
I had for breakfast.......a half of an eggwhite omelett with everything(ham, peppers, onions, spinich, tomatoe, and jalapeno peppers) topped with home made salsa......a half slice of fresh made to order vanilla bean french toast, one sausage link, and some really great green tea. I'll be full till time to go back to work tonight......so I'm gonna celebrate with something else other than food for the rest of the day.

Lunch - grilled chicken & shrimp on lettuce
Dinner - ?
Water - 80 oz minimum
Supplements - Multi, B-1 & 12, Calcium Citrate, Iron, Vit. C & D
Exercise - ?...but I'll do something...let's see I'll take the steps all day at work and jump rope later

Snack - Protein Shake
Lunch - Tuna
Snack - Mixed Nuts and Raisins
Dinner - Turkey Chilli
Water - Minimum of 64 oz
Suppliments - All done
Exercise - 2 mile walk away the pounds already done! This evening - 3 mile walk away the pounds and hip hop abs!
