I got banded on Monday!!!
Somebody make room for me on that losers bench!!! Surgery went well, I am still a little sore, but I take it in stride knowing that life onl gets better from here. I think my problem is that now that I have had the surgery I am really anxious to get this ball rolling with the weight loss. My mind is moving a lot faster than my body.
I would like to thank everybody who give positive input on this board. I lurked in the shadows for awhile but I took notes on all the tips you guys haved offered.
I have the liquid mango vitamins I actually like them, the nectar fuzzy navel drink leaves alot to be desired mixing it with water, when i feel a little better i think i will start to experiment. Thank God I like pudding and jello. I can't wait to hit the gym!!!

Congratulations on beginning the rest of your life!!!!! I have tried a few of the Nectar brand products, and my personal favorite is Nectar Sweets Strawberry Mousse mixed with skim milk. It tastes like strawberry milk...Really!!!! Not all that good when mixed with water, but the others are expecially the strawberry kiwi and crystal sky (fruitty - my favorite!).
