BF update

First of all a big thanks again to all that who prayed for him.  The chemo treatments that he had at the current facility ( 2 so far ) in Portland OR did not go so well.  So they are med-a-vacing(sp ?)  him to a facility in VA.  When we find out which one I will let you guys know.  I am so sad right now because the chemo treatments left him so weak and sick that we dont talk as much as we used to daily. lately all he has been able to manage is a few text messages to me each day.  I talked to the doctor and he say he still expects my BF to make a full recovery but they just dont have what he needs at their facility.  He said the center where they are sending him to he will get more speacialized care and will have his own personal medical team looking after him. So as soon as he is settled at the new place I wil be flying in to see him.    Thanks for listening

as the ole saying goes, sometimes things get worse before they get better.  it's good to hear that he'll be getting more specialized care.  still lifting you both up in prayer

Look to the future and the expectation that he will get better. Chemo is very hard on the body, but he is still there for you. This to shall pass.

I have had 2 close friends go through cemo so I know how rough it can be on the human body......today they are happy healthy and cancer free....so I have faith that he will be all right its just the period in between thats so hard.....

Well...this is only a setback...if the doctors are saying that they expect him to make a full recovery and KNOW that they are not equipped to make that happen - then you know you are blessed - because they obviously WANT him to make a full recovery, thus transferring him to a better facility!

Still keeping you both lifted up in prayers...
