Morning D...my plan today:

Breakfast - coffee w/protein powder (ewww...but I drank it)
Lunch - turkey breast
Dinner - turkey breast w/broccoli
Snack - walnuts

Water - 80 oz minimum

Supplements - Multi, B-1 & 12, Vit. C & D, Iron, Calcium Citrate

Exercise - Treadmill & Jumping Rope

evening snack coffee
