After workout - Extreme chocolate protein milkshake (1 scoop of whey chocolate protein powder, 3 ounces of l% chocolate milk, 1 tsp of Hershey's cocoa, SF chocolate syrup, ice, and splenda blended) and 1/2 banana
Lunch - Cabbage and marinated cucumbers
Dinner - Salad loaded with vegetables.
Before bed - Shot of Isopure protein and an apple
Water: 128 ounces
Supplements: Multivitamins, B-1, B-12 sublingual, B-complex, Osteo Bi-Flex, Garlic, Flaxseed, Iron, Vitamin C, Calcium Citrate +D, Vitamin D, 1/2 adipex
Exercise: Chest, Back, Shoulders, Biceps, Triceps, Abs, Obliques and 30 min. on the treadmill

Yes! I meant to tell you that this morning while chatting. I was gonna suggest we try it (but your forcing next week down a sistas throat ). I will buy the book this weekend and all appropriate staples. I told mom to check it out...and she may do it too.
