I completely agree that one should use extreme descretion when using the web in the office (it is not the place for certain sites, ever.) However, since I use an office issued laptop, I use the incognito window for my personal use (banking, shopping, etc.)
I read your post, and I feel your pain. They "popped" us here at work about a year ago, and alllllllll my BAF and POKER came up. I didnt get summoned down to the MANS office, but he did put out a memo, advising alll of us about the "wayward" websites.
I tightened my ass up too. Thats why I had that LONG layoff.
