Early Average Weight Loss
The range is so broad because people's body dynamics can be so different: their body sizes, the metabolic rate at which they lose weight/process sugar and fat, activity level, age, diet, exercise.... and so many other factors I didn't include.
I said that to say that your weight loss will be impacted by how you follow your doctor's orders. It's hard not to compare yourself to others, but you just can't do it because of the contributing factors. You will do well Young Blood, I have NO doubt. Just keep the faith and follow through with the plan, and the weight will fall off!!! All the best to you on your wls journey....

Hey Apple, How is it going?...I am basing my weight loss on months and start from my liquid diet date og 12/5...Surgery 12/15...I am down exactly 40 lbs as of this morning and hope to be down by 50 lbs on 2/5...That would be 1/3 of the weight gone that I need to lose in 2 months... I have had the normal stalls and know that it is because of lack of eating...I am trying to eat more so that should help and once I get back to work on Monday I will be going to the gym to tone up and get fit...All of this should help me I hope...

Man, I didn't realize how I could become addicted to my scale. I should have listened to Shani...lol. I'm trying to only weigh once a week since I was weighing myself like 3-4 times a day. I was becoming a scale head (like a crack head) any whoo. I'm just trying to make sure I stay on task. It's taking me all freaking day to get in my fluid and protein. I hope it gets better by the time I'm able to eat real food.
