Y'all can call me an AW if you want to and even say that I'm bragging but I don't care. My daughter came home today and she is ranked 16th out of 301 of her senior class !!!!!!  I'm very proud of her because she is going to graduate with distinguished honors and she did this while battling illnesses. Yeah she acting a little sassy here lately because of "senioritis" but she's a hard worker. She's even kept her grades up while working a part-time job and being the Battalion Commander of the JROTC program. Okay I'll shut-up now.

Ya know what, babe? CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Honestly, this is something to be an attention ***** over.  There doesn't seem enough in the way of kids who actually take school seriously.   So, hell, be an AW all you want over this.

D, my kids didn't have much of a choice about school since I was a teacher. I read to both of them in utero and while they were infants. They started reading early and always strived to do well in school and both were very upset the first time they got a B. Thanks for the congrats.

I thought I was the only one who was "weird" enough to read to my child in-utero.  lol  Actually, my ex-wife and I are both heavily vested in education (she teaches 4th grade while I don't have the patience to teach-lol)  My daughter doesn't have a choice in the matter either.  lol.
