Hey D...I'm late responding but here's my plan:
Breakfast - decaf tea
Lunch - tuna on lettuce
Dinner - ?
Water - 80 oz minimum
Supplements - Multi, B1 & 12, Vit. C & D, Caldium Citrate, Iron
Exercise - sleep (still a little under the weather w/no energy)
