Ted Kennedy Collapses at Obama Luncheon

Wow...just when I saw him on television, embracing our new President, I said to myself...dang, Ted Kennedy looks great to be so seriously ill...

And then the news comes...he had a seizure and collapsed during the luncheon...word is he is alert and is being treated.

I'm really glad he didn't die because I don't mean to be rude but that would have recked President Obama's day and I want him and Michelle to have and enjoy every moment of this great day.

I agree...definitely would have put a damper on things...like the idiot above!!

ted's endorsement of Obama was huge.  the kennedy family hold much political weight

He is so strong willed! He'll pull through. I wish he would write a book.

That was happening when I got off of work. I'm glad that he is alert. I know from first hand experience that seizures will wipe you out and make you tired. I think that maybe he tried to do too much today.

I was saying the same thing about him looking great!!!!!!! I was really shocked to hear the news about his seizure and was praying that he was going to be alright. He's a tough old dude!!! He said he would see this day and he did!!!
