DAY 67, P90X PLUS, THIS ONE IS FOR THE NEW PRESIDENT

Morning Yall

I dedicate this mornings workout to President Obama.

I am so emotional I cried twice during my workout.  I worked out with such excitment like I haven't done in a while.  Now I will sit and watch the exchange of power.

Congrats and yes I worked out this morning at 5:30 for an hour.  I had so much energy because of his historic day I completed another 20 minutes about an hour later of light aerobics too.  Keep up the good work and take care!

I hear you.  I've been bursting into tears unexpectedly throughout the day.  Even more so now at my Mom's house.  She never thought she'd live to see this day.
