Whoa 80 oz of water I'm going to try for the first time. I wasn't able to work out for 3 weeks (per doctors order ,but I still did my muscle conditioning class on Tues & Thur). However, I'm back on the grind now cardio here I come.. I plan to move during my lunch hour (muscle conditioning)and after work (elliptical) for an hour.
I'm at home today. I will be moving today though!! I will be on my Tony Little Gazelle and some free weights today.
I hear you about the gym. My gym is PACKED!!! I'm like ok when are all of these people going to fall off?? Not that I want them to fall off, I just want them to not be there when I'm there..LOL
I'm just chilling right now, watching all of the inauguration events. It's very exciting. My husband is hating on me because I took a personal day off. Hey, i can't help it that I have a job with Benefits!!! LOL.....
As for food, some days, honestly, I can take it or leave it. Today, I had a protein shake around 7:00 a.m. and about 10:00 I had a protein bar. I have been craving fruit lately so I'm going to have some cantaloupe soon. I need to eat some Meat!!! Not sure what will be for lunch or dinner but I'm going to get my food in today.
Water...hummm 80oz? Now I noticed that you pu****er in all Caps MM, does that mean that you want it to be just PLAIN water, no crystal light, or other low or no calorie mix ins?? I'm not good with my water I admit that.......Good challenge though...
