I HATE being off of work!
When I don't have anything planned I eat ALL day long.....
Breakfast-waffle,egg, and 2 pieces of turkey bacon
snack-pb crackers
lunch chili and jr. lunchable
snack cheez its AND a banana
dinner-about to bake some chicken and have chicken enchiladas (not enough chicken in the enchilada for me)
Now, the good thing is that I have drank almost 100 ozs of water when I was getting in like 60 and I still plan on drinking a couple more bottles before bed.
I also didn't do a lick of exercise
After I wrote it out it really don't seem like I ate that much but I feel like all I've been doing is eating

Yep, I've been eating all day too. I've eaten so much that I'm about to get up and then eat again. Hmmmm, I better put some fish out for dinner

I WAS HOME BUT WE WHEN OUT FOR 4 DAYS HAD TO SNEEK ON THE SCALE. AND I DIDN'T GAIN A LB THANK GOD SO TODAY I'VE TRIED TO NOT EAT TO MUCH. AND NOW EXERCISE STILL CAN'T GET IN MORE THAN A GLASS OF WATER AFTER ALL THESE MONTHS. MY STOMACH HURTS LIKE CRAZY. i TRY SO MANY NAME BRAND IT NOT EVEN FUNNY. THE BACK SEAT OF MY VAN LOOK LIKE A STORE SHELVE I HAVE SO MANY DIFFERENT BRANDS THAT I'VE SIP OUT OF. TRIED ALL THE DIFFERENT POWDERS IN THE WATER IT STILL DON'T HELP. WELL SEE HIM ON THE 5TH OF NEXT MONTH.
