Hello everyone, its been a while since I've posted anything here, but I'm still lurking around. My question is what can I use to stop my hair from shedding and what can I use to make more thicker, it has gotten kind of thin since surgery? Thanks.

I take biotin pills  but I don't think that prevents the shedding.  I think it does help with the new hair growing in.

Get use to the idea that you will lose hair, that is what I had to do and I still hate it.  I won't be showing you my pics cause it might draw to much attention.

Unfortunately, nothing will stop it from shedding.  It's just one of those things that happens.  I take 5000mcg or 5mg(same thing) of Biotin, use a protein based shampoo (like Nioxin or KeraCare),  a cholesterol conditioner and placenta hair treatment (Queen Helene).  All of these things have worked well for me.
