Hey D...my plan today will consist of liquids. So today I'll do protein shakes since I can't taste any food right now...my darn sinuses are giving me a fit.
Exercise - did 40 minutes on treadmill & jumped rope for 20 minutes
Water - 100 oz
Supplements - Multi, B-1 & 12, Vit. C & D, Iron, Calcium Citrate

Meal 1 Yogurt
Meal 2 Oatmeal
Meal 3 2 oz of chicken breast 1/2 apple
Meal 4 I plan on having soup when I get back from biking to school stomach seems awfully tight today for some reason
If I feel better then Meal 5 is chicken and some veggies
Today I did a leg workout and really worked it out I love legs
All time favorite workout ever leg pressed 286lbs
The rest was squats and lungs and leg curls and extensions but that leg press is my favorite workout anyway.
All vitamins in except my multi. water I am at 2.5 liters out of 3.
