Hi Lee....
I started going to the gym last Thursday....after my husband sent me a threatening text....well....it wasn't REALLY threatening, he just gave me that push I needed because I was procrastinating for real. I started walking on the treadmill. I did 2 miles the first day, then 3 the next. For the next week, I want to walk for 3-4 miles at least 3 times a week, and on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, I will be doing the "Zumba" classes. But when I saw that video, I felt so ashamed! You are so right....."If she can...we can!" Thanks for the motivation!

YAY!! We can be couch 2 5k buddies. Still on week 2, but I'll get there. I did my African dance class today and will be feeling it tomorrow!
