I went grocery shopping just now and its def in the seafood dept where the old bay is. I picked up some more. I love salmon cakes!

Dang Mack Mama, now I want some salmon croquettes. I've tried to make them like my mama made them but they just don't turn out right. She would add the onion, and for a binder she would either add cooked rice, mashed potatoes and a egg and then roll them in crushed crackers but I can't make them turn out right. I'm going to have to try it your way or Shani's way. But I will be making some this week.
