How do you make your salmon?  I've made croquettes plenty  of time but never used rosemary or dill.  I could always pump it up a little.

Today i'm working a 12 hr shift.  I'm craving a chicken caeser salad-I'll swing by the grocery store on my way home.

I use the seasonings my mom uses in hers - just onion powder, garlic powder, old bay, salt and pepper and one finely chopped onion.

Then I add rosemary and dill to taste - for one can of salmon - two sprigs of rosemary, one of dill.  It's hard to chop it up - I actually don't mind the chunks being in there.  The last thing is bread crumbs and egg - enough to bind it all together then fry them bad boys!

I don't have an exactly measure or anything, me and my mom are 'build and taste' kinds of cooks - so we also learned you can add a can of tuna to the salmon if you need to stretch it (sometimes we overseason).

You'd be surprised at the flavor the rosemary brings to it!

I'll try the rosemary and dill next time I make them.  Not that I doubt  you or anything, your turkey in the bag keeps getting all kinds of raves!
